Referring individuals which are considered vulnerable is the first step in the help process that we can offer. Any adult, referred to us, will need to consent to receiveing any support, before we can assist further. With the details provided we will assess the best way to make contact, as we understand this may be difficult in some situations. But as a referrer, by making them aware of us, may also aid the process.
